Functional fitness workouts consist of a variety of training elements including: weightlifting, cardio, and high intensity training. Workouts are prescribed to increase your body's daily functionality.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This class will introduce kids to some of the foundation movements of functional fitness that can improve their fitness level for everyday life. Workouts are designed to keep your kids active, improve physical well being, but also to have fun!

Sweat workouts are centered around weight loss and will involve workouts that are mainly body weight and cardio.

1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 is a more personalized approach to your fitness journey. In a 1-on-1 session you will work directly with Ethan with workouts tailored to your needs.

1-on-1 can also be utilized if you are just beginning and are not quite comfortable in a group setting.
